Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties. Positions include Full Time and Part Time with Day/Night shifts to support a large community-based health system across several states.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in the employment state or a compact license, and BLS certification. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, support patient outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with focus on long-term patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Address psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and resources.
• Make assignments and delegate tasks to support team-based care.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
