Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a nonprofit health system seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties. The roles offer full-time and part-time schedules with day and night shifts across a large network of centers.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the employment state (or compact license) and BLS certification, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a care team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
