Job summary

The Laurels of Milford in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. You will coordinate and manage nursing care for residents, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure safe medication administration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education to residents.
• Supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Assess residents' health and notify physicians of changes; implement orders.
• Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing care.
• Contribute to assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and development of a care plan.
