Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Resource Team in Arkansas. The role uses the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic patient care with compassion and requires clinical competence and strong critical thinking.

Shifts are Day, 0630-1900, with 72 hours bi-weekly. BSN preferred; AR RN license in good standing is required; CPR is required and specialty education is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• A registered nurse in good standing in Arkansas state.
• CPR required; some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS—training provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specialty education.
• 18 months RN experience required and one year in the specialty applied for.
• BSN preferred.
• Float within specialty or across campuses no more than 50 miles from home campus.

Responsibilities
