Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and Baptist Health training. The RN will demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking while coordinating care with the healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements include RN licensure in Arkansas, BSN preferred, CPR, and ability to work day shifts (0630-1900) with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Arkansas in good standing (or eligible).
• BSN preferred.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS/PALS may be required in some units.

A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. BSN preferred. Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care. Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team. RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided. Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.

This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
