Variable weekends
This is an inpatient Flex Float position servicing our 3 campuses at Corewell Health South: St. Joseph, Niles, and Watervliet. Assignments are determined by staffing needs.
The health system includes three hospitals, an outpatient surgery center, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation centers, two long-term care residences, home care and hospice services, and 34 affiliate physician practice locations. We provide inpatient and outpatient medical services throughout Southwest Michigan.
The RN, within the ANA scope of practice, utilizes the nursing process to provide professional care, incorporating patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge. The RN delivers quality patient care under the guidance of the Nurse Leader, following Corewell Health policies and procedures. The RN partners with patients and families, involving them in planning and developing teaching strategies, and documents education appropriately in the health record.
