Job summary

Hannibal Regional is seeking a qualified RN to support perioperative services, including scrub and circulating duties, with Missouri RN licensure and CNOR credentials. The role emphasizes adherence to surgical safety protocols and patient care standards within the operating suite.

The candidate should have BLS/ACLS, demonstrate nursing knowledge in operative care, and complete RNFA prep with supervised clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure as professional registered nurse in Missouri (Graduate nurse must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation).
• Maintains basic life support validation & ACLS.
• Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/process.
• Demonstrates skill in scrub and circulating roles.
• Certified in peri-operative nursing (CNOR).
• Demonstrates knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative technique related to first assisting.
• Successful completion of educational preparation specific for RNFA and a supervised clinical component.
• Credentialed as per hospital requirements.
• Provide services within scope of practice.
• Computer skills and communication.
• If working as Patient Sitter, BLS and first aid are required.
