Home Base is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to work at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing required.
• Completion of an RN First Assisting course required.
• Five years diversified peri-operative nursing experience with scrubbing and circulating proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon in the lead role until the conclusion of the operative procedure.
• Adhere to established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in a reimbursable training program for RNFA certification.
