Requires current RN license, BSN or ASN, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and 1–2 years of First Assist experience.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• 1–2 years of First Assist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned care as First Assistant during surgeries.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Apply specialized plan-of-care interventions to support patient wellbeing.
