Providence is calling for applications for our July 2025 RN Labor and Delivery Unit Fellowship . An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
