Providence is calling for applications for our July 2025 RN Acute Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts July 28, 2025.


Full-Time, Variable shift available


Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment


Med Surg and Telemetry: $7,500


All other Departments: $5,000

Required Qualifications:



  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

  • One (1) year Nursing experience (new to specialty)


Preferred Qualification:



  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
