We are seeking an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader to directly impact patient care as the front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with patients and improving their health through clinical goals and quality initiatives.
• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional clinical team.
• Managing clinic operations, budget, expenses, vendor relationships, and compliance.
• Running your clinic with autonomy, supported by regional and company guidance.
• Fostering a culture aligned with our values, rewarding shared behaviors, and supporting growth.

Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns to meet regional standards and goals.

• Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
