Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate health care records and reports.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
• Record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
