Responsibilities

The Executive Director (RN) in Home Health acts as the administrator overseeing daily operations of the home care provider.

• Coordinate and complete projects supporting the company's objectives
• Oversee patient eligibility, care planning, and supervise home health services
• Implement administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Enhance agency profitability, motivate staff, retain qualified personnel, and ensure service quality

Education and Experience

License Requirements:

• Registered nurse with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or related fields
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation or access to public transit
