Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with care team.
• Maintain a culture of safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making.
