Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Current RN license

• At least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• Authorized to work in the US

Registered Nurse Supervisor (Every Other Weekend)

DUTIES:

1. Assess resident needs, develop and implement care plans; consult with physicians; review and update care plans periodically.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for discharge planning and resident care.
3. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
4. Conduct resident rounds to assess care and maintain a safe environment.
5. Audit staff nurses to ensure policy compliance.
6. Review charts and discharge documentation for accuracy and completeness.
7. Review and update care plans regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Valid Mississippi nursing license in good standing.
2. Minimum one year of nursing administration experience; rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
3. Knowledge of long-term care regulations.
4. Good communication skills, patient, disciplined.
5. Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
