Brookdale is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 2pm–10pm shift in a role focused on delivering high-quality resident care within a supportive, family-like environment. You will participate in a leadership mentoring program and benefit from on-site meals and comprehensive benefits.

The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians and health care personnel, documentation of resident status, and adherence to the nursing process to ensure optimal wellbeing of residents across our Brookdale

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in patient care and coordinating with care teams.
• Ability to document and communicate resident status clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate delivery of care with physicians and health staff.
• Direct resident care and perform rounds to ensure continuity of care.
• Document care and observations as part of the nursing process.
• Utilize RN process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel.
• Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents’ overall condition and behavior.
• RN’s utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care.
• RN License is required
