Job summary

Clarion Wellness and Rehab Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the evening shift (2p-10p). You will monitor, assess and respond to patient needs, coordinating with physicians and the care team to develop individualized plans. Responsibilities include routine procedures, charting, and administering medications as ordered.
