RN Evening Supervisor

Location: Saginaw - 915 N. River Rd., Saginaw, MI, 48609

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Supervisor to join our team at our Saginaw location. The RN Evening Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the evening shift from 5pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate evening shift activities
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care
• Assist with staff training and development
