Job summary

Treyburn Rehabilitation in Durham, NC is seeking an RN Evening Supervisor Manager to lead our evening nursing team and advance patient care with a focus on quality and teamwork. You will supervise staff and mentor nurses on the 3 PM–11 PM shift.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN, an active NC RN license, and 1+ year of substantiated long‑term or sub‑acute care experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. This role includes competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher in Nursing.
• Active RN Licensure in North Carolina.
• 1+ year of nursing experience, preferably in sub-acute or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor an RN team during the evening shift (3 PM–11 PM).
• Support patient care and uphold care quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and HR on staffing, benefits, and policy adherence.
• Ensure compliance with long-term care standards and positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
