Qualifications

• Active RN license in State of practice.
• Experience in developing and modifying care plans.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and other nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and modify the care plan for facility residents.
• Provide independent supervision and delivery of nursing care on the unit.
• Maintain quality of care and relationships with residents and families.
