Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas seeks a full-time Med/Surg Evening Clinical Manager to support the Nurse Director in safe, high-quality care on the Med/Surg unit. The role blends leadership with hands-on clinical duties and requires mentoring staff.

You will act as director in the director’s absence, participate in performance improvement, and help drive excellence in patient-centered care within a Magnet-designated rural hospital.

Formación

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Two years of shift leader/charge nurse experience in med/surg.
• Strong leadership, organization, and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of critical care practices.

The Med/Surg Night Shift Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting the Nurse Director in the safe and effective provision of care for the Medical/Surgical unit. Maintain both management and clinical nurse roles in the department. Serve as director in director’s absence.

What You Will Do
