Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, is seeking a Med/Surg Night Shift Clinical Manager to support the Nurse Director in delivering safe, effective care on the Medical/Surgical unit. The role combines management and clinical nurse duties and includes stepping in as director when the leader is unavailable.

Requirements include BSN and strong leadership, organization, and critical care knowledge; mentoring and role-model behavior are emphasized, with attention to detail throughout the role.
