Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality resident care, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and work closely with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to coordinate treatments.

The role includes administering medications, supervising staff to maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and advocating for residents with compassion and integrity in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.

• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
