Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will oversee and coordinate patient care, leveraging your expertise to ensure high standards of care and patient outcomes. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and adapt them as necessary to meet patient needs.

What You'll Do

• Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans, adjusting them as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Therapeutic Relationships: Build professional relationships with patients and families, managing their discomfort and providing support.
• Patient Education: Educate patients, families, and community members about healthcare choices, regularly assessing and documenting learning needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and community members to create and manage care plans. Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure follow-up.
• Problem-Solving: Employ various strategies for addressing issues with patients, families, and staff. Recognize limitations and prioritize safety and efficiency.
• Team Development: Contribute to the development of peers and demonstrate a commitment to community service.
