Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room in Sherwood, Arkansas. This 12-hour day shift position requires a minimum of 1 year of ER experience, AR RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and TNCC.

The ideal candidate will manage ICU-style drips, read telemetry, and assist with CPAP/BiPAP and ventilation as needed, contributing to a 55-patient daily ER workflow with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Qualificações

Description:The Emergency Room is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and the ability to work under pressure.The unit treats an average of 55 patients per day with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:4.There is a charge nurse on each shift who does take an assignment.Emergency room staff includes one physician on duty during the day and night shifts, along with mid-level providers.Respiratory therapy is available 24/7, and staff is responsible for trouble-shooting equipment.RNs are required to draw labs and perform necessary patient assessments.There are no separate holding areas or seclusion rooms; patients are intermixed within the ER.Security personnel are present in the unit 24/7.The successful candidate will participate in holiday and weekend requirements, ensuring that staffing needs are met.Self-scheduling may be allowed, and block scheduling will be based on unit needs.
