The role involves managing a variety of acute and emergent cases, with some transported to larger facilities for higher levels of care. The facility operates with a team of mid-level staff, charge nurses, and in-house hospitalists and intensivists, ensuring a robust support network. Experience with Cerner FirstNet EMR, moderate conscious sedation, and a strong ability to jump into action are key to success in this role.
