Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Emergency Registered Nurse for a 13-week ER assignment in Minnesota. The role requires a minimum of 1 year RN experience, active MN RN license, and certifications ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC or PALS. Triage, EPIC proficiency, and potential travel considerations are expected.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced ED with block scheduling and shared staffing demands. The position supports float coverage and a patient ratio of 1:3, with weekend work every other week

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department care to diverse patient populations across pediatric and adult ages.

Description:The position is for an Emergency Registered Nurse.Triage experience is required for this role.Candidates with Level I or Level II trauma experience are preferred.The individual must have the ability to float to inpatient units as needed.The main goal is to have flexibility in staffing during peak times.Candidates should be open to accommodating a block schedule as needed.The patient care ratio is set at 1:3.First-time travelers are accepted for this role.No on-call duty is required for this position.Travelers should be prepared to work weekends every other week.All requests for time off must be communicated upon submission.Clinical responsibilities will involve providing care to a diverse patient population across various age groups.The ideal candidate will be familiar with general emergency department practices, including combined adult and pediatric care.
