Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient health and promote patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of required health screenings and training: COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Professional certifications as needed.
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Skills Checklist.
