Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an ER RN for a contract position in Alaska (Kodiak). The role requires 1+ year of ER nursing experience, an active compact RN license, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Shifts are 3x12 hours (day and night).

Must be willing to float as needed and participate in on-call holiday coverage. Start date ASAP. Traveler-friendly facility with interdepartmental teamwork and patient care across all ages.

Qualifications

Description:ER RN position available.Start date is ASAP.Variable shift for 3x12 hours.First timers are accepted.Candidates must maintain a valid state license with compact acceptance.Orientation hours total 40.No techs, CNAs, or unit secretary available on unit.Staffed with 2 nurses on day shift and 2 nurses on night shift.May sign up to be on call for night shift hours voluntarily.Patients will be of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.Daily census averages 10.Team includes interdisciplinary support in various areas.Travelers may expect to float to nearby facilities as needed.Refusal to float may result in assignment termination.Candidate must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.
