Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak seeks a Clinical Nurse to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and family-centered principles. Under the Nurse Leader, you will be a key team member, collaborating to ensure the highest quality of care across the EP Lab and related units.

Required are MI-licensed RN, BSN or higher, and certifications including BLS/ACLS/TNCC/ENPC with NICU-related credentials where applicable.

Qualificações

• Registered nurse with MI license and current status.
• BSN degree required; higher degrees preferred; if not BSN, must enroll in accredited BSN program within 1 year and complete within 5 years.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC or NRP certifications as listed are required.
• PALS and NICU/Perinatal certifications, including C‑EFM where applicable, are expected.

Scope of Work

As a Clinical Nurse with Corewell Health, providing top-notch patient care is paramount. You'll be responsible for using the nursing process framework and incorporating patient-family-centered care principles to ensure the highest quality of care. Under the direction of the Nurse Leader, you'll be a vital member of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Required Bachelor's Degree B.S.N., or M.S.N, or DNP/PhD - if not minimum BSN prepared, new graduate/nurse with less than one (1) year experience is required to enroll in an accredited BSN program within one (1) year of licensure date and complete within five (5) years, required. This is effective April 18, 2023.
• Required Graduates from non-accredited school of nursing programs must have at least one year of acute care experience or greater than 2 years of experience in a licensed health care role, such as an LPN or EMT role, etc., and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
