Corewell Health's William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a Clinical Nurse in the EP Lab. You will deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process and family-centered care, reporting to the Nurse Leader and collaborating with the EP Lab team.

The role requires RN licensure in Michigan, BSN/ MSN preferred, and relevant certifications (ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP). Employment is full-time, day shift, with 40 hours weekly and typical M–F schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or MSN; if not BSN, new graduate must enroll in BSN within 1 year and complete within 5 years.
• Must have MI RN license at hire date.
• ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP or related certifications as required by role.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and patient–family centered care.
• Work under the direction of the Nurse Leader as a key team member.
• Collaborate with EP Lab team to support patient needs during shift.

Scope of Work

As a Clinical Nurse with Corewell Health, providing top-notch patient care is paramount. You'll be responsible for using the nursing process framework and incorporating patient-family-centered care principles to ensure the highest quality of care. Under the direction of the Nurse Leader, you'll be a vital member of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Required Bachelor's Degree B.S.N., or M.S.N, or DNP/PhD - if not minimum BSN prepared, new graduate/nurse with less than one (1) year experience is required to enroll in an accredited BSN program within one (1) year of licensure date and complete within five (5) years, required. This is effective April 18, 2023.
• Required Graduates from non-accredited school of nursing programs must have at least one year of acute care experience or greater than 2 years of experience in a licensed health care role, such as an LPN or EMT role, etc., and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
