NCCH is seeking a Registered Nurse for Endoscopy/Medical Floor (PRN) responsibilities. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and advocacy.

Work under supervision of the Med Surg Supervisor and may rotate to other NCCH sites as needed. Essential duties include administering medications, documenting care in EMR, and collaborating with physicians and case management.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Proven ability to document care accurately in EMR and paper records.

Responsabilités

• Provide general nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Document nursing care in EMR and paper records.
• Assist case management with Medicare/insurance documentation.
• Educate patients and families about medications and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate care.
