Job summary

Southcoast Health in Fall River, MA is seeking an experienced RN for Endoscopy to coordinate total nursing care in a fast-paced unit and support patient and family education.

Requires MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and Endoscopy/Perioperative experience; benefits include competitive pay, 403B with company match, and tuition assistance. Flexible 24–32 hour shifts with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS required.
• Endo, Periop or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption.
• Compensation pay rate determined by experience.

• Participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership with the care team.
• Ensure care aligns with age-appropriate standards and unit protocols.

Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible Hours: 24 flex 32hrs Shift: Flexible shifts & hours with on-call rotation (weeknights, weekends and holiday), Variable start times 6:15am - 9:00am Location: Endoscopy - Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Three (3) months experience is preferred.
• ACLS required
• Endo, Periop or Critical Care experience preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
