Qualifications

• Requires RN degree with Indiana registration.
• Three years or more of nursing experience.
• Experience coordinating employee health programs and occupational health desirable.
• Experience with data entry in HR electronic systems and standard office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire health assessments, prepare documentation, and complete data entry.
• Administer and oversee immunization and drug screening programs as appropriate.
• Assist and explain the policies and procedures for Employee Health to employees and supervisors.
• Act as liaison with Occupational Health physician during health service hours for first-aid and care.
• Support Infection Control policies to protect employees, non-employees and patients.
