101 Southeast Health is seeking a registered nurse for night shift responsibilities in emergency care. The role focuses on upholding high standards of nursing practice, managing personnel and supplies, and fostering teamwork across departments to deliver quality patient care.
The RN will be accountable for own clinical practice and the overall care provided by nursing staff, contributing to the hospital's mission, vision, and values.
Actively accepts, understands, and practices appropriate standards of emergency nursing care. Is responsible and accountable for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment. Is responsible for promoting positive relationships and teamwork among employees and between departments. Is responsible and accountable for own clinical practice, as well as the quality and quantity of nursing care given to patients by nursing personnel. Actively supports the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and department.
Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am; FTE 0.9; Type Regular.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
