The Must-Haves

Minimum

Current nursing license to practice in the state of Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.

Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Current ACLS and CPI certifications.(New grad must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Current TNCC (CHNOLA and UMC ERs only)

ENPC (can be substitute for PALS at UMC or EJMC ERs)

Preferred

Emergency Room experience and ER nursing knowledge
