Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a compassionate Emergency Department RN for a 13-week contract in West Bloomfield, MI. The RN will provide high-quality emergency nursing care, coordinate patient treatment, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced ED.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, a Michigan RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications, with at least 1 year of ED experience and strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment (Possible extension to long term contract opportunity) in West Bloomfield, MI. The RN will provide high-quality emergency nursing care, coordinate patient treatment, collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensure safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

Schedule:

• 13-Week Contract with Potential Extension
• 36 Hours/Week
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• No Block Scheduling
• No On-Call Required
• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED/ER) nursing experience.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care environment.
