This role leads the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act framework, ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice. The leader delegates, directs, and assists licensed and ancillary team members, assumes accountability for quality patient outcomes, and supports the company's nursing philosophy. The position requires sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity and participation in activities to achieve unit and departmental strategic goals.
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Physical demands include occasional lifting of 50 to 100 pounds, frequent lifting of 25 to 50 pounds and constant lifting of 10 to 20 pounds.
