Job summary

Highmark Health provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of the healthcare organization. The practitioner will utilize the nursing process to coordinate care across age groups and document comprehensively to support interdisciplinary communication.

Responsibilities include initiating and revising interdisciplinary care plans, teaching patients and families across the continuum, and potentially precepting students and new staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold current PA RN licensure or eligible via eNLC.
• Ability to use the nursing process to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Strong communication to promote interdisciplinary teamwork and patient safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
