• AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a licensed 193-bed acute care hospital, offering outpatient services including imaging, rehab, lab, and wound care, serving the community for over 50 years.
• As part of the AdventHealth network, patients have access to innovative therapies, new research, leading-edge technology, and a team of medical specialists.
• Recognized for high-quality care by the Joint Commission, the American Heart Association, and the American Diabetes Association.
• Located in Davenport, FL, near major attractions like Busch Gardens, Legoland, and Walt Disney World, but not in the central hub of tourism.

The role you’ll contribute:

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) provides and supervises direct and indirect nursing care to specific age groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) to achieve departmental goals. Complies with AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and all applicable regulations and standards. Participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with patients and staff.

• Completes timely assessments based on Practice Guidelines, including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, as well as signs of abuse or neglect.
