A leading healthcare provider in Pontiac, MI seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment. This full-time role involves working 12-hour night shifts in the Emergency Room, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Candidates should have a current RN license and a preference for a BSN. Location: Trinity Health Oakland, Pontiac, MI
Minimum rate of pay: $33.92 (as licensed RN) - PLUS DailyPAY
Position Purpose
The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Trinity Health to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team supplying evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. Nurses are expected to ease all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Shifts Available: Days and Nights available - 12 hour Shifts
Status available: Full-time, every third weekend

What you will do:
• Under limited supervision, the Registered Nurse handles assessing patients, including developing, evaluating, and changing the care plan. The RN interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their ability.
• RNs are members of the Care Team and Support Team and have accountability to function as a team to conduct patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
• The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the care given to a group of patients for a designated period.
• The RN supplies care to those patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members, according to established standards.
