Job summary

Mercy Joplin is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process and maintain patient rights in a Level II trauma center environment.

You will evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with departments, and uphold Mercy Service Standards while benefiting from a comprehensive incentives package and career development opportunities.

Mercy Joplin is a certified Level II trauma center. The unit has 21 exam, 6 trauma, 5 behavioral health rooms and 3 dedicated triage rooms. The Mercy Lifeline air medical service has 2 on-site helipads.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
