Job summary

Health Here in Georgia is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our fast-paced Emergency Department in a Level III trauma center.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and uphold practice standards while embracing self-scheduling for work-life balance.

New graduates welcome; Georgia RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS as required by specialty, with sign-on bonus and specialty differential pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred).
• Georgia RN license or multi-state license and BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS or other specialty certifications as area requires.

Role Overview:

Provides high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department serving patients of all ages in a Level III Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing nursing processes. Coordinate care activities, maintain practice standards, and demonstrate professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred).

No experience required; new graduates are eligible.

Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or others depending on the area of focus.

Skills and Certifications:

Ability to work in a team, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a dynamic environment. Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area, including critical care, pediatrics, or surgical services.

Key Duties:

Deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with healthcare team, and adhere to organizational policies. Self-scheduling provides flexibility, promoting work-life balance.
