Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare's Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, using established nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

The role requires GA RN licensure, BCLS, and possible advanced certifications. New graduates are welcome; prior hospital experience is a plus. You will coordinate care with the nursing team to maintain standards of practice and ensure safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; new graduates eligible.
• Current BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across the lifecycle using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.

• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
