Mercy in Ponca City, Oklahoma is seeking an RN to provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinating care across departments and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS (ACLS/PALS may be required) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate care effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Must graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required or preferred based on unit.

Position Overview

Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.

Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required or preferred based on unit
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
