Middle Park Health in Colorado is seeking a full-time Emergency Department RN for DAYS and PRN coverage in Kremmling. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in the ED and related inpatient settings.

Requirements include Colorado RN license or compact licensure, ACLS/PALS/TNCC; 1 year of emergency nursing experience. Base hourly rate ranges with a $10,000 sign-on and potential housing stipend for residents of Grand, Summit or Jackson counties.

RN – Emergency Department , Full-Time Days and PRN for Kremmling Colorado

Middle Park Health is a Critical Access Hospital providing services throughout Grand County, CO. We seek Emergency Department RN for our DAYS shift in Kremmling, CO.

Grand County is home to more than you could ever find time to do! There is skiing, snowboarding, white water river rafting, 600 miles of mountain bike trails, boating, fishing, camping, hunting, hiking and so much more! Home to Winter Park Ski Area and Rocky Mountain National Park, it is known as an outdoor recreation paradise!

The Registered Nurse providing care to the inpatient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department, Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long Term Care settings while utilizing accepted standards & protocols of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (or equivalent), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN). The Registered Nurse is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways. Available for on-call duty.

Requirements:

Education:

• High School graduated or GED Equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Employee is responsible for Annual skills review / competencies as required by the department

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Licensed as a professional Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or Compact State Licensure
• For Compact Licensure- Full, Part Time, and PRN Staff must have Colorado RN License within 6 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers
• Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Care Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 1 year of hire preferred
• Experience:
• 1 Year of Emergency Nursing Required

Status: Full-Time, DAYS & PRN

Compensation: Base hourly rate $34.00 -$57.69 DOE. FT permanent RN’s receive a $10,000 sign-on and are eligible for $350/mo housing stipend if resident of Grand, Summit or Jackson county.
