Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an evening shift Registered Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care to diverse patients in a homecare setting. You will perform direct patient assessments, implement care plans, and document clinical findings with accuracy.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure safety, adherence to policies, and ongoing professional development to maintain high-quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Licensure and certifications required upon hire: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS.
• Additional instructor certifications advantageous.
