UnityPoint Health – Finley Hospital is seeking ER Nurses for our fast-paced Emergency Department. This full-time night shift runs 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with a 72-hour pay-period and holiday/every-third-weekend rotation.

A $10,000 Sign-On Bonus is available. As a key team member, you will triage, deliver urgent care, assist with procedures, and monitor patient status while collaborating with physicians to achieve the best outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire).
• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• Must possess and maintain BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within specified timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver urgent, life-saving care and administer medications.
• Assist with critical procedures and monitor patient status.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire)

Certification/License:

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire
• Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or within 1 year from date of hire
• Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 1 year of hire date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certiciation within 1 year of hire date
