Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking two RN – Emergency Department professionals in Chicago, IL, to deliver rapid, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER.

The role requires vigilant assessment, triage, stabilization, and treatment of acute conditions, with collaboration across interdisciplinary teams. Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Nursing, Illinois RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus 1–3 years ER experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN License – Illinois.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications required.
• PALS Certification required.
• 1–3 years of ER experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure.

The RN – Emergency Department is responsible for delivering immediate, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast‑paced ER setting. This role focuses on rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and treatment of patients with acute and life‑threatening conditions.

The RN must demonstrate strong critical thinking, advanced clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Active RN License – Illinois (Required)
• BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
• PALS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 1–3 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program
• SANE Certification (preferred)
• Experience in high-acuity emergency settings
